  1. How can I register for in-class and in-car training?

    You may call us to book your training at 905-272-3511 or register online here.

  2. How soon can I obtain a G2 license?

    Depending on your availability, the in-class and in-car training required to obtain a G2 can be completed within 2 weeks.

  3. Is Adept Drivers’ a Ministry of Transportation Approved Beginner Driver’s Education course provider?

    Yes.

  4. What is included in the Beginner Drivers’ Education (BDE) Course?

    The BDE course includes 20 hours of classroom instruction, 10 Hours driving and 10 Hours home-links.

  5. As a G1 Learner, what happens if I am not ready after 10 hours of in-car lessons?

    You may take additional in-car training for $60.00 per 90 minute session.

  6. What if I fail the G1 or G2 test?

    You can attempt the road test again and pay the applicable fees.

  7. Is there a fee to use the Driving School Car for the driving test?

    Yes, the fee is $100 and is not included in the $550.00 course fee. On the day of your driving exam, ADEPT DRIVER’s can also provide you with a WARM UP LESSON at an additional cost of $60.00. Additional fees will be charged for travel outside the GTA.

  8. Will I get a printed certificate after successful completion of the course?

    No, there is no printed certificate available with the ministry. The ministry will ONLY certify you online and notify you via email upon successful completion of the course.

  9. Is there a fee to complete an online certification with the Ministry of Transportation online?

    Yes, the fee is $15.00 and a receipt will be provided by the Ministry of transportation.

  10. How can I renew an expired driver’s license?

    You can renew a driver’s license, online or at a Service Ontario centre, as early as 180 days before it expires and up to 12 months after it expires.

  11. I am an immigrant with a drivers’ license from another country, can I receive an Ontario driver’s licence?

    Yes. The IDP (International Driver’s Permit) is primarily used by visitors to Ontario. If you plan on moving to Ontario permanently, you must obtain your Ontario driver’s licence within 60 days of moving to Ontario.

  12. How does Adept Drivers’ help newcomers to Canada?

    As a newcomer with a valid driver’s licence, you can receive a G licence by successfully passing the G1 written test and G1 to G road test. You only have one attempt to successfully attain a G licence. Adept Drivers’ can provide in-car driving training to prepare to pass the G1 to G exit road test.
